(Columbia, SC)  --  A state grand jury's investigation into South Carolina House Speaker Bobby Harrell might be dead.  Harrell released a statement on Saturday saying the case looking into his alleged ethics violations has ended.  He said Attorney General Alan Wilson has stepped away from the case, and handed it off to a chief prosecutor for Calhoun, Dorchester and Orangeburg counties.  Wilson's spokesperson says they can't comment because of a gag order by the Supreme Court.
