A missing Orangeburg County woman has been located in Wyoming with a man who's a suspect in a Florida double-murder investigation.
19-year-old Joycelin Luck left with 24-year-old Steven Tompkins this week after the two had developed a relationship online.
Luck's mother told Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell that her daughter had stolen $1,000 from their home.
The two were seen Tuesday evening at the Walmart on North Road.
Troopers spotted them in southern Wyoming along the side of the road after Tompkins' pickup ran out of gas.
Florida authorities say Tompkins is a suspect in the murder of his mother and brother and he's awaiting an extradition hearing to be brought back to Florida on two charges of second-degree murder.
Luck is facing two charges of accessory after the fact of murder.
