Air Force Captain Robby Williams was reported missing after he was last seen at Shaw Force Base on December 18th and failed to show up for duty on December 23rd.

But officials say the 30-year-old Williams has since been spotted in Waco, Georgia, and is now being classified as a deserter.

The Air Force Office of Special Investigations believes Williams has also rented motel rooms in multiple locations, including South Carolina, North Carolina and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

And officials say he may be using an alias of “Robby Lawton.”

Williams is described as a light-skinned African American, 5'7,” 190 pounds, with light-colored eyes and brown hair.

He may be driving a 2013 black Jeep Wrangler with South Carolina tag ITC701.

The Air Force is asking lodging and gas station managers – as well as interstate travelers – to immediately contact local law enforcement agencies if Williams is seen.
