ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP/WVOC) - Police reports obtained by a newspaper show two suspects in the fatal shooting of a University of Michigan medical school student were arrested in South Carolina.

The Detroit Free Press reports the arrests happened Tuesday in Sumter and North Charleston.

The men arrested were 21 and 20.  Authorities haven't released their names and charges haven't been filed.

Student Paul DeWolf was found fatally shot at an off-campus medical fraternity July 24th. He was attending Michigan on an Air Force scholarship.

The South Carolina reports say an Ann Arbor taxi cab card and University of Michigan cup were found at the 20-year-old man's home.

Ann Arbor police say the suspects had no previous connection to DeWolf.
