Haley Sworn-In As UN Ambassador

Nikki Haley is the new U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. 

Haley stepped down as governor of South Carolina to take the new post in New York. 

She was sworn-in by Vice President Mike Pence during a ceremony at the White House yesterday. The 45-year-old Haley was South Carolina's first female governor and had served since 2011. 

She has no diplomatic experience.
