Authorities say one person was killed and another was charged with DUI following an accident on I-20.
nvestigators say the driver involved went off the side of the roadway on I-20 yesterday near exit 61. He was taken to the hospital and later charged with felony DUI.
His passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and was killed.
