Lexington County employees will soon receive a raise if the County Council approves the spending plan next week.
Council members voted on a plan that would allocate nearly three-million dollars for the pay increases. The raises will help balance the increased pension rates that were ordered by the Legislature.
The council is scheduled to finalize the plan on Tuesday.
