A new report finds the state leads the country in the most manufacturing jobs to have returned from overseas. More than 50-thousand manufacturing jobs returned to South Carolina since 2010.
The report by the Reshoring Initiative found the reasons for jobs coming back include a skilled workforce and government incentives.
