(Columbia, SC) -- The state's attorney general is joining the fight to throw out a law he says is unconstitutional.
Alan Wilson yesterday partnered with attorneys general from 18 other states to ask a federal court to throw out the Affordable Care Act.
Wilson tells "The State" Obamacare's individual mandate violates the Constitution, and as someone who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, he has to be part of the fight to throw out the law.
