Columbia Allows Bars To Stay Open Past 2 A.M. With Conditions

(Columbia, SC)  --  Columbia bars can stay open later if they meet certain conditions.

The city council last night voted to allow bars to keep serving past 2 a.m. if they get a special permit.

"The State" reports the bars also have to agree to certain conditions like not offering any drink discounts past that hour.
