(Charleston, SC) -- For the first time since a deadly crash, Katie Arrington is speaking about her recovery.
The congressional candidate Tweeted yesterday from her hospital in Charleston where she has been receiving treatment for the crash that happened over a week ago.
She thanked everyone for their support and prayers, as well as the Good Samaritans who saved her life.
There's no word on when Arrington might be released from the hospital.
