MorningConsult.com published a poll yesterday that shows Governor Henry McMaster's approval rating dropped slightly in the second quarter. He went from 50-percent approval to 48-percent, and his net approval dropped from plus 26-percent to plus 20-percent.
An analyst tells The State the Republican primary may have taken a toll on McMaster's popularity.
