(Columbia, SC) -- A group of experts will come together to figure out how to reduce the impact of flooding.
Governor Henry McMaster yesterday announced the creation of the South Carolina Floodwater Commission.
It calls for a panel to study and propose solutions to mitigate flooding.
Coastal Carolina research professor Dr. Tom Mullikin, Sr. will lead the commission.
