(Columbia, SC) -- Another man is facing charges for a robbery that turned deadly.
Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced yesterday that 49 year old Ervan Harvey was arrested for his role in last year's incident.
Harvey and two others are accused of stealing a TV from a Sears at the Columbia Place Mall.
An Air Force vet who worked as a clerk suffered a head injury in a fall while chasing the suspects, and the 81-year-old died from his injuries.
