(Columbia, SC) -- A man wanted for a road-rage shooting is now in custody.
Columbia Police announced yesterday that 25-year-old Charles Touhey turned himself in and will be in court this morning. He was wanted for shooting at a car that was driving on Bluff Road near I-77 this week.
A woman was hit in the arm but is expected to survive, and Touhey is charged with attempted murder.
