(Columbia, SC) -- Some Midlands students will get a mid-week break thanks to a rally at the statehouse.
Lexington-Richland School District Five announced yesterday all schools will be closed tomorrow.
So many teachers have requested the day off to attend a rally for education reform that the district was worried it wouldn't have enough teachers on hand.
The missed time may have to be made up, though, at the end of the school year.
