(Columbia, SC) -- When it comes to mass shootings, doing nothing is no longer an option.
That's what Richland County State Rep. Todd Rutherford said yesterday after two deadly shootings this weekend in Texas and Ohio.
The House Minority Leader also says it's time that we do all we can to protect our children.
Richland County State Rep. Wendy Brawley was among those who asked the governor to call a special session to address the issue.
