Charleston Doctor's License Temporarily Suspended After Peeping Charge

(Charleston, SC) -- A Charleston doctor has temporarily lost his license.

Information from the State Board of Medical Examiners is just becoming public after they issued the temporary suspension for Dr. James Austin Ball in July.

The pulmonologist is accused of peeping, and was charged in Charleston County Court on July 22nd. The case is still ongoing, and follows four counts for indecent exposure that Ball was charged with in 2003.
