(Columbia, SC) -- The Columbia Housing Authority is being summoned for multiple violations.
Last week, it was announced that they'd face no criminal charges after two people died of carbon monoxide poisoning at Allen Benedict Court. Still, over 800 violations were found during the investigation.
The summons will be for civil cases and violations.
