Furman University Cutting Baseball, Lacrosse Programs

(Greenville, SC) -- Furman University is cutting its baseball program over budget concerns. 

The Paladins have been playing baseball since 1896. The Greenville school is also implementing furloughs, budget reductions, and cutting the salaries of the president and senior administrators. 

In addition to baseball, the men's lacrosse program is also cut.
