Protest Organizer Urges Demonstrators To Get Tested For Coronavirus

(Columbia, SC) -- A protest organizer is urging everyone who attended events between May 30th and June 17th to get tested for the coronavirus.

Lawrence Nathaniel posted on Facebook that four organizers of the I Can't Breathe S-C protests have already tested positive, along with several demonstrators that were in attendance.

The protests were held at South Carolina's state House in Columbia, but some of the protesters with the virus may have also attended marches in Charleston and Greenville.

The confirmed cases caused Nathaniel to postpone an art project that was planned yesterday, with some artists backing out, and others saying they tested positive for the virus.
