(Columbia, SC) -- A lower number of coronavirus cases and deaths is being reported in South Carolina.
DHEC announced 537 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 yesterday, bringing the state's total to 105,466 since the pandemic began.
They also announced nine more deaths, but those occurred over multiple days.
