Alleged Drunk Driver Faces Additional DUI Charge After Teen's Death

(Lexington, SC) -- An alleged drunk driver is facing a new charge after a teen injured in a crash died Wednesday. 

Six people were injured in the collision at the 3800 block of South Carolina Highway 6 and Edmund Highway in Lexington on February 5th. Fifteen-year-old Dillan Roldan spent days in the hospital before dying of his injuries. 

Now 33-year-old Arcenio Perez-Maldonado is charged with a felony DUI resulting in someone's death, in addition to other DUI and open container charges against him. 

When Roldan died, a judge revoked Perez-Maldonado's bond.
