(Rock Hill, SC) -- Protesters are speaking out after a video of two arrests in Rock Hill went viral.
At least 100 people gathered outside of the police department after the arrest near the Valero gas station.
The video shows officers forcibly taking down two men, becoming more physical until both men are cuffed. Those officers are now on administrative leave.
The two men who were arrested are facing charges. with one in jail and another out on bond.
