South Carolina Asking Pres. Biden To Drop Vaccine Mandate

(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina is one of two-dozen states asking President Biden not to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine. 

Attorney General Alan Wilson signed a letter to the president that warns of pending litigation. 

He says requiring private sector employees to get the shot, get tested weekly, or lose their job is illegal. 

Attorneys general from 23 other states also signed the letter.
