An assisted living facility plans to reopen after the death of a resident. Sixty-nine-year-old Timothy Catalano was found dead at Twilite Manor Adult Residential Care in Cayce in February.
After DHEC identified issues at the facility, operators had to submit a correctional plan to the agency, which was approved this month. Twilite Manor could reopen as early as today.
