U.S. Geological Survey Confirms Four Earthquakes In South Carolina

(Elgin, SC) --The U.S. Geological Survey is confirming four earthquakes near Elgin. The first happened around 1:30 Monday morning at a three-point-three magnitude. 

Two smaller ones came in the early morning, with another small one in the evening. Experts say aftershocks are possible over the next few days. 

This comes after several quakes have been reported in the area surrounding Elgin dating back to December.
