Graham Seeks Federal Court's Approval For Dismissal In Testimony

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham is continuing to mount a challenge to a subpoena in Georgia.

The Republican had previously been called to testify before a special grand jury over the fallout from the 2020 election, when former President Trump allegedly tried to find votes to win the state. Graham's lawyers are seeking to have his appearance and testimony thrown out based on what they call absolute protection from the U.S. Constitution.

The challenge has been levied in federal court.
