(Oconee County, SC)- A former South Carolina Highway Patrol trooper is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual material.
Forty-five-year-old Randy Lynn Quinn Junior is charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Quinn was arrested and booked in Oconee County Monday night.
He was already on the sex offender registry in South Carolina for past convictions.
