South Carolina To Be First Primary Voting State For Democratic Party

(Columbia, SC) - South Carolina is now the first primary voting state for the Democratic party. 

On Saturday, the Democratic National Committee moved forward with a plan to reorder the primary in 2024.

 It makes South Carolina the first to vote on the Democratic side with a primary on February 3rd of 2024. 

The new plan is supported by President Joe Biden, who is expected to announce a run for re-election.
