(Fairfield County, SC) - DHEC is investigating cases of Legionnaires Disease at a nursing home in Fairfield County.
Multiple cases are being looked into at Ridgeway Manor Healthcare Center, according to the agency.
Their work includes identifying the source of the bacteria that causes the flu-like illness.
DHEC was at the nursing home this week for another investigation about reports that residents were not allowed to use water at the facility.
