Convicted Murderer Released Early Back In Custody

(Columbia, SC) - A convicted murderer released from prison 16 years early is back in custody. 

Jeroid Price has been on the run since the South Carolina Supreme Court overturned the order that reduced his sentence in April. 

According to SLED, Price was arrested by FBI agents and NYPD officers Wednesday morning. 

In 2003, Price was convicted of killing Carl Smalls Junior at a nightclub in Columbia and was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
