A Lexington County teacher is accused of giving a minor THC gummies.
Twenty-five-year-old Brianna Nicole Carpenter is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. In addition to the gummies, Carpenter also allegedly gave the minor items of a sexual nature and two THC vape devices.
Deputies say they found online communication between Carpenter and the minor.
