(Columbia, SC) - South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson is suing Meta- the parent company for Facebook.
Dozens of attorneys general are joining together for the suit, which was filed in federal and state courts.
Wilson alleges Meta designed and used features on social media to get kids and teens addicted.
The attorneys general who brought this lawsuit are investigating TikTok to see if their conduct is also worthy of a federal complaint.
