Death Of Teenager Found Burned And Wounded Near Brush Fire Ruled A Homicide

The death of a teenager found burned near a brush fire this weekend is being called a homicide by the Lexington County Sheriff's Office. 

The boy was found alive at the scene, but died while being treated for burns and a gunshot wound. The body was identified as an 18-year-old from Columbia.
