Special Keynote Speaker To Address Graduates At USC Ceremony

After announcing last year that they would no longer have keynote speakers at graduation ceremonies, the University of South Carolina is making an exception for the secretary-general of the United Nations.

The school views Antonio Guterres' visit as a unique opportunity for graduates to hear from a diplomat and civil servant.

The U.N. secretary-general will speak at USC on May 6th.
