Columbia police have named 39-year-old James Jermaine Sims as the suspect of the shooting that killed a man outside of the 555 Lounge last week.
Sims is accused of shooting a man multiple times in his lower body in the parking lot of the nightclub. He is considered armed and dangerous. Sims faces attempted murder charges, as well as possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
A one-thousand-dollar reward is offered for tips that could lead investigators to his arrest. Please contact Crime Stoppers if you have any information about his whereabouts.
