Rural Roads In SC Ranked As Deadliest In Nation

Rural roads in South Carolina are being ranked as the deadliest in the nation.

A new report by TRIP, a nonprofit research group, examined fatality rates across the nation.

It found that South Carolina's fatality rate on rural roads is almost four times higher than the death rate on all other roads in the state.

California's rural roads ranked second worst in the nation, according to TRIP researchers.
