A nuclear construction project appears to be moving forward, but tentatively.
Santee Cooper yesterday voted to accept more than two-billion dollars from Toshiba to help finish the project in Moncks Corner. Santee Cooper's partner, SCE-and-G, already agreed to accept the money.
While the Toshiba money will help, both companies said yesterday it still might not be enough to finish the twin reactor project.
