(West Columbia, SC) -- A teen boy at a West Columbia high school is under arrest for allegedly bringing a gun and bullets to school.
The Lexington County Sheriff's Department said the 15-year-old student at Airport High School was detained yesterday after the items were discovered in his backpack disassembled.
Lexington School District Two officials said no one was hurt. The teen was charged with illegal possession of a handgun on school property.
