State Lawmakers Propose Anti-Sex Harassment Bill

(Columbia, SC)  --  South Carolina state lawmakers are proposing a bill to protect employees against sexual harassment in the workplace.

The bill comes after a series of sexual harassment claims against men in power across the U.S.  It would ban arbitration and prevent employees from being forced to settle outside of the courtroom.

The proposal is backed by Republicans, Democrats, men and women.
