McMaster Gives State Of The State Address

(Columbia, SC)  --  South Carolina stands at the dawn of a new prosperity.

That's what Governor Henry McMaster said last night in his State of the State address.  He proposed to cut taxes by over two-billion dollars over the next five years to stimulate economic growth.

He also promised to sell Santee Cooper so customers won't have to keep paying for the failed nuclear project.
