USC Women Get Two-Seed In NCAA Tournament

(Columbia, SC)  --  For the USC women to defend their national title, they'll likely have to go through the number-one team in the nation.

The NCAA Women's Basketball Selection Committee last night gave the Gamecocks a two-seed in the Albany Region.  UConn is the region's one-seed, and if both advance, they'll play each other for a chance to go to the Final Four.

First up, though, for USC is a home game Friday night against 15-seed North Carolina A-and-T, and tickets go on sale this morning.
