SCE&G Wants To Keep Records On Nuke Project Confidential

(Columbia, SC)  --  Information about SCE-and-G's failed nuclear project may be kept secret.

The utility company last week asked the Public Service Commission not to force it to reveal documents it believes should be confidential.

Two environmental groups requested the records as part of a lawsuit against SCE-and-G over the failed V.C. Summer expansion project.

A lawyer for the plaintiffs tells "The State" the public has the right to know what went wrong.
