(Washington, DC) -- Lindsey Graham is promising to hit Russia with what he calls a sanctions bill from hell.
The senator made that vow this weekend over Russia's alleged interference in the 2016 election. Graham says the bill will be introduced tomorrow, and it will have everything but the kitchen sink in it.
The sanctions are expected to focus on Russia's energy and financial sectors.
