Former GOP Director Arrested For Killing Dog

(Simpsonville, SC)  --  A man known in local political circles is accused of killing a dog because God told him to do it.

Simpsonville Police last week arrested Todd Kincannon for killing one of his parents' dogs in what he called a sacrifice.

When police arrived at the home where the dog was killed on Jones Ave, Kincannon told them he's Jesus, and he got a command from God to do it.

The 37-year-old was executive director for the South Carolina GOP nine years ago.
