South Carolina Law Against Price Gouging

(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina has enacted its price gouging law during this state of emergency with Hurricane Florence approaching. Wilson says convicted price gougers face a possible thousand dollar fine and or 30 days in jail.

He says people should submit proof of gouging by taking a picture of documentation and making sure that any report includes the name and location of the business.
