Senator Lindsey Graham says the "radical left" is to blame for the partial government shutdown.
The South Carolina Republican made the comments on CBS' Face the Nation on Sunday. He said progress will not be made as long as the "radical left" is in charge. He says the GOP is having to negotiate with people who want to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not support it.
