The Republican senator criticized House Speaker Nancy Pelosi yesterday for not allowing President Trump to give the State of the Union address in the House chambers.
Graham Tweets that the speech is an important part of our history, and all presidents, regardless of party, should have the opportunity to deliver it from its traditional venue.
He also says Pelosi's action is absurd, petty and shameful.
