(Lexington, SC) -- Neighbors are fighting back against plans to open a strip club in Lexington County.
The county council is considering a proposal to restrict such clubs, and residents at this week's meeting expressed their support for the new measure.
The owner of the club proposed for Fernandina Road, though, claims his business is being unfairly targeted.
The owner's lawyer told officials the proposal is unconstitutional and will not hold up in court.
